The activities of the Readers’ Forum of this academic year began with the Inaugural Ceremony on 4^th October 2018. The Chief Guest of the function was Shri. Deepak Dharmadam, Regional Head of Amritha T.V. In his keynote address he emphasized the importance in nurturing the reading habits of the students. The function was presided over by the Principal Dr. A. Biju. Felicitations were offered by IQAC Coordinator Dr. Manzur Ali P.P., Staff Association Secretary Smt. Shareena V.B., Head of the department of Computer Application Shri. Murugan R., Head of the department of English Dr. Bindu Jamal, Head of the department of Arabic Shri. Sharafudheen C.A., Librarian of the college Shri. K.M. Abdul Jamal and the student editor of the College Magazine Sreelakshmi. Staff Coordinator of the Readers’ Forum Anitha Varghese and the student Coordinator of the Readers’ Forum Aaqib J.J. did the Welcome speech and the Vote of Thanks respectively. The programme was ensued by a quiz competition on Authors and Books in which Ashil George and Yaseen Abbas, students of the third semester BBA emerged as winners.
